I became a Realtor 17 years ago when I had a horrible experience relocating. My Realtor at the time did not take the time to get to know me and my lifestyle and basically told me where I should live based on her opinion. She never showed me areas outside Williamson County. I was living in a "family area" with no family...LOL Once I got acclimated to the area I realized there were so many other areas that would have worked had she asked me. It was that experience that made me become a Realtor.

There are very few agents that have lived, worked and invested in both the city and the suburbs. I am one of those agents. I have sold real estate for 17 years and in that time have ventured into all avenues of real estate. I started by learning about all the different counties and learned about builders and the building process. I taught first time home buying seminars, went to home inspection seminars and learned the mortgage process. I believed anything that had to do with real estate I should be educating on. In 2006 after mastering the suburbs I became a pioneer for living in downtown Nashville and was one of the first residents in a new downtown condo called the Viridian. I became invested in educating consumers about a downtown lifestyle by working on the downtown home tour and being involved in educating other agents about living downtown. Living downtown is a totally different lifestyle. I differentiated myself from most agents because I could compare and contrast the suburbs and the city.

In the course of selling homes sometimes an in between home was needed so I started buying some rental properties clients could stay in. This led into helping clients purchase investment properties as an addition to their portfolio. As the downtown market grew so did the demand for short term places to stay. We had more demand than hotels which led me into starting a short term rental company that handled properties in the two areas my clients needed Nashville & 30A.

 In Nashville this condo is one mile from all things Nashville and is much more affordable than hotels.

On 30A I have two condos right on the water. One is on the 14th floor and one is on the 19th floor.
